17. Classification of the Newspapers and Magazines:
While classifying the newspapers and magazines Government of Nepal, Ministry of Communications shall, for the purpose of assistance or facilities to be given to the newspapers and magazines registered pursuant to this Act, classify on the basis of the reports submitted by the Office of Press Registrar and Press Council.
